Do you all remember when I was talking about using a therapy light for the winter? ⁠

Post winter update - I loved it. It mimicked sunlight for me when the days were short. Helping out all those brain chemicals that support mood and circadian rhythm

If I can't get out of bed or I'm depressed, I focus on my inhale for about 5 rounds. I'm always surprised how it gives me a small boost of energy...most of the time. 😴☺️⁠

Your inhale helps cue your nervous system that it's time to get up and go. ⁠
